This was pointed out to the Rep and manager. It smelt of damp, still had last years pictures on the wall, equipment was filthy and to top it all there was a wire hanging from the light down across the room to the light socket. Kids disco consisted of the same 5 songs each night.Ĭhildrens play area - overgrown with stinging nettles, hosepipes left laying around, Broken equipment. Through out the whole week we had 2 semi professional acts, the other nights were quiz nights Karaoke or nothing at all.Įntertainment team tried during the day but from the Sat until the Thurs there was only 2 of them. Al a cart isn't as discribed it's a set meal which you then saw at the splash area the next day if it wasn't eaten.Įntertainment - not as described. The hotel had just opened and wasn't ready for us.įood - ok to start with but if you didn't eat it for breakfast you got it for lunch then dinner. Stayed here for a week from 12April 2014.
